Let’s put an end to #ALLMALEPANELS

Have you ever attended a conference wondering why there are no women in the panel, although they represent half of the world’s population? If you think that promoting gender equality means reflecting the diversity of the population also during conferences and debates, we encourage you to join the twitter account @EUPanelWatch. This social media space aims to raise awareness on the overrepresentation of men on Brussels conferences, panels and debates.
The European Women’s Lobby and @EUPanelWatch are organising a Monitoring Month in June 2015. If you want to make a change by monitoring panels on the spot or from home, EWL and ESU warmly invite you to join the campaign by using hashtag #allmalepanels to share your experiences.
