Improving ESU Internal Communications: Migrating to Google Apps

To improve internal communications between our board, member unions and stakeholders and because technology should not make work more difficult than it is, but easier and faster; ESU decided to move all internal documents and email hosting to Google Apps for Work.  

From now on, Alfresco Backoffice and ESU webmail systems will not be used anymore. All users were invited to sign in to their new Google accounts, through which they will have access to Board Meeting Documents and other materials shared on Google Drive. Please note that your email address will remain the same (using the domain @esu-online.org).
