ESU looks for students interested in going to Montreal
MONTREAL – The Europan Students‘ Union (ESU) proudly announces the opening of a call for students who are interested in participating in the first World Congress on Access to Post-secondary Education taking place from 7 to 10 October 2013 in Montreal, Canada.
The World Congress is an initiative of the European Access Network (EAN), an international non-governmental organisation with its headquarters based in Europe. EAN strives to broaden the successful participation of diverse social groups in higher education. The four principles that frame the activities of the network are: Access, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
Students are an integral part of the community for post-secondary education and therefore it is extremely important to listen to their opinions and views on the subject debated at the World Congress. Up to fifty students will have the chance to participate in and contribute to the congress from all parts of the planet.
Please submit your application to participate in the World Congress before 30 April 2013 the latest. More detailed information on how to apply and general requirements for the call can be found in a pdf document available for download here.
Please contact Florian Kaiser, a member of ESU‘s Executive Committee, at florian.kaiser@eanworldcongress.org if you have any further questions about the call or the application procedure.
Please visit the website of the World Congress if you like to read more about its function: www.eanworldcongress.org
