Seeds of Resilience – Decentralised Actions
- When? Application period from the 18th till the 31st of July 2022 Implementation period from the beginning of August till the end of October 2022
- Who? 10 projects will be funded. Each grant is up to a maximum of 500 euros.
- Where? After being selected, you can implement your projects at the local or national or European level – and implemented in countries of the Council of Europe, both online and/or face to face- from the beginning of August until the end of October 2022. Grantees will be invited to Brussels in November to present their projects. All costs of travelling, accommodation and meals will be covered by ESU.
- Theme? Social rights, social inclusion, post-pandemic resilience, youth participation, democratic citizenship, and human rights.
- Deadline? 31st of July 2022, 23:59h CET (Central European Time Zone).

Participants are expected to apply for projects individually or in groups. We expect a wide diversity of projects: one-off actions, one month-duration project, a series of workshops, informal discussions, peer learning activities, etc.

What we fund:
- student/youth-led initiatives at the local level proposing concrete solutions answering the impact of COVID-19 on under-represented youth.
- actions/initiatives on topics such as advocacy & awareness-raising campaigns at the local, national or European levels.
- practices in the community supporting inclusion: such as cultural activities and workshops using different types of media (photo, sound recording, writing, etc.) at local, national or European levels.
- You can apply for any sum up to 500 E (up to 500 euros for up to 10 initiatives: 5000 in total);
- We fund: project costs
