Call for contributions: 12th EQAF Forum – Responsible Quality Assurance – committing to impact’
The call for contributions for the 12th European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) is open until 24 July 2017. This year’s EQAF will take place in Riga, Latvia from 23 to 25 November 2017 hosted by the University of Latvia.
The Forum organisers, ESU, ENQA, EUA and EURASHE, are seeking proposals for papers and workshops from quality assurance (QA) practitioners in higher education institutions and quality assurance agencies, students, and researchers in the field.
Under the title of ‘Responsible QA – committing to impact’, the Forum will focus on the need for QA, whether aiming at accountability or enhancement, to be carried out in a transparent and responsible manner. This means finding ways of responding to the needs and interests of internal and external stakeholders. EQAF 2017 will explore how this can be done in practice, examining issues such as communication, ethics and the concept of change in QA.
For more information about the call, please consult the EQAF website.
The programme and registration information will be available at the end of June. For any questions, please contact QAForum@eua.be.
