Top quality support for local Student Unions – PSRP Online Library

Website of Students Parliament of Republic of Poland is not only providing recent information about work of student representatives, but also is full of publications, part of them are located in Online Library of PSRP. It’s a part of a project aiming at delivering top quality materials for training new and developing other student activists and representatives.

The Library supports daily work of student representatives at higher education institutions – it consists of 6 handbooks. First covers the topic of rights and duties while being a student in Poland, analysing all law documents that influence students daily life, from social dimension to students possibilities of controling their learning paths and whole educational process. The second one describes the recognition of prior learning processes in Poland and shares good practises for students. RPL was introduced in Poland only in 2014 so still representatives find it sometimes hard to fully support students regarding this topic.

Next three handbooks are full of instructions and guidelines for representatives on how to evaluate, analyse and create crucial documents at their HEIs’ regarding financial support (especially student grants), or legal agreements between students and HEIs. It also covers student self governments statutory documents. Last publication contains instructions and recommendations for students quality assurance surveys and reviews.
