Description

Adrian Korzeniowski from Poland holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology, where he is currently studying Electronics and Telecommunication.

His interest in quality assurance in higher education sparked right after taking up studies in 2015 when he joined the Education Committee of university’s Students’ Union. Since then, he has served two terms in Lodz University of Technology’s Students’ Union Presidium as Chair of the IT Committee (2016-2020).

In 2019 Adrian joined the student experts pool of the Polish Accreditation Committee and has so far completed over 20 reviews. He is a member of ESU’s QA Student Experts Pool since 2020, representing students i.e. in the Accreditation Committee of the European Quality Assurance Network for Informatics Education.

In December 2021 he was elected to represent students as Presidium Member of the Students’ Union of Polish Universities of Technology, with his chief responsibilities including QA and IT-related matters. During this term Adrian coordinated and co-hosted QA track of POLIgon – a week-long camp for young student activists from technical universities. Currently he is serving as ECIU (European Consortium of Innovative Universities) Student Agora member at his Alma Mater.

 

Adrian’s interests in higher education include diversity, sustainability and digitalisation.
