Students’ Union Training (SUT)

USI and NUS-USI organised, coordinated and facilitated training for Students’ Union Officers across the island of Ireland from the 14th July to the 23rd July. Across the 8 days of training, there were over 90 Officers registered and over 25 sessions for Officers, along with a Tutor session every day. In the Tutor sessions, officers were divided randomly into groups and learned about what it takes to be a Students’ Union Officer, Self-Care, Leadership, Power and more. Following this training, there will be additional training delivered to Officers in August called Students’ Union Training plus (SUT+) as well as Training specifically for Students’ Union Presidents’ and Deputy Presidents’.
