Support to Serbian students in urging an immediate adoption of National Qualifications Framework inSerbia

Serbia is one of the few countries where National Qualifications Framework doesn’t exist. Having this document adopted, the problem with about 60.000 students will be solved, who got diplomas under Bologna process with vocations which don’t exist in the official registers. The absence of this document causes major problems as this situation make those students invisible in the labour market and potential employers.

The NQF in Serbia has to be in line with European Qualifications Framework, which acts as a translation device to make national qualifications frameworks more readable across Europe.

The support of the Board of ESU will help SKONUS and SUS in their efforts to push the Government to create and adopt this document, and thus, solve current and potential problems.
