FINST Final Conference
Project Financing the Students’ Future is one of ESU’s flagship projects, focusing on financing and in particular on students’ view on financing of higher education in European countries. For the past 2 years we have been gathering different data, discussing the challenges of financing with students all over Europe and different stakeholders at the Launch Conference in Tallinn, Consultations seminar in Liverpool and European training in Bucharest, we have been writing different articles and future funding scenarios and preparing student policy recommendations on funding of Higher Educations. More information about the project and the project outcomes can be found on http://esu-online.org/projects/current/finst/.
The Final conference will outline the main outcomes of the FINST project, focusing on the research part that will be published in the Research Compendium. Following these presentations, there will be an information session about the funding of Higher education on European level and a discussion about the future of funding, where we will try to find the answer to the question what should be the future funding policies.
