ESU moves and changes its contact details
BRUSSELS – The European Students’ Union (ESU) has moved its head office to Rue de l’Industrie 10 in Brussels, Belgium. This move enhances ESU’s cooperation with organisations in the youth and education sector that have also relocated to this newly renovated office building, as part of the so-called Mundo-J project.
“This change is a great opportunity for us as the organisation will be closer to other organisations working on similar issues and the European institutions. Mundo-J is a big housing project that creates an environment for active collaboration, offering us good facilities for our work and many new possibilities,” says Elisabeth Gehrke.
ESU’s office will be located on the sixth floor of this building, neighbouring education organisations such as the Organisational Bureau of European School Student Unions (OBESSU), the European Civil Society Platform on Lifelong Learning (EUCIS-LLL) and the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Youth and Student Organisation (IGLYO).
ESU was before sharing office facilities at the International House of Students at Rue de la Sablonniere 20 in Brussels with OBESSU and the Belgian national unions of students.
Due to these changes, ESU will also introduce new individual desk phone numbers for its staff and elected representatives working in Brussels. These numbers are the following:
ESU Secretariat: +32 2 893 25 45
ESU Presidency: +32 2 893 25 46
Natalia Tarachiu, Office Manager: +32 2 893 25 50
Róbert Hlynur Baldursson, Communications’ Manager: +32 2 893 25 47
Stela Stancheva, Project Officer: +32 2 893 25 48
Eleni Boulomyti, Project Assistant: +32 2 893 25 49
Previous mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses of staff and elected representatives remain unchanged.
“We look forward to welcoming our partners and colleagues to our new offices in the next few years as well as the civil society innovation that are sure to happen in a building like this,” says Gehrke.
