Bologna-Lisbon Training

From 23rd – 26th of September, ESIB held a Bologna-Lisbon training in Ljubljana hosted by the Student Union of Slovenia (SSU). With close to 80 participants and 14 trainers, the event was an important landmark in educating people as to the realities and issues surrounding both the Bologna Process and the Lisbon Strategy.

Trainings were held on seven different topics; Quality Assurance, Tuition Fees, Equality and Equity, European Qualification Frameworks & European Credit Transfer System & Learning Outcomes, Mobility, Governance of Higher Education and Employability.

An evaluation survey carried out on the participants paid tribute to the fact that the event was highly successful, with the majority of participants feeling that they had gained both knowledge and valuable tools with which to continue to represent student interests.
