Urszula Lis

Urszula is an Executive Committee Member of the European Students’ Union (ESU) from Poland. She studies Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and Psychology at Merito University in Toruń. She has been active in student representation since the beginning of her studies, with experience across institutional, national and European levels, including as Co-President of the ENHANCE Alliance Student Forum, an Executive Committee member of the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland, and a Student Expert at the Polish Accreditation Committee. Before joining the Executive Committee, she served as ESU’s Membership Coordinator. Within ESU, she leads work on quality assurance, artificial intelligence and digitalisation, the QA Pool of Student Experts, the Membership Strategy, student support services, students’ health, and emerging technologies, ethics and data protection. Her work brings together quality assurance, digitalisation, student welfare and higher education policy, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to addressing the evolving challenges of European higher education.
