Nora Angelova

Nora has been actively involved in the student movement for over five years. She began her journey as President of the Student Council at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia. As an elected member of the Executive Committee of the National Assembly of Students’ Councils in Bulgaria for two mandates, she has contributed to student advocacy at both national and European levels. Since July 2024, Nora has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the European Students’ Union and she has now been elected for a second mandate for the 2025-2026 term. Her work within ESU is focused on advancing quality assurance, promoting student-centred learning, enhancing learning and teaching practices, ensuring fair recognition, and supporting students’ mental health and overall well-being.
