Duarte Lopes

Duarte Lopes has been an active student representative at local, national and international level, at various Education levels, for the past 7 years, now joining the European Student Movement.

Duarte Lopes, a Law gradute, was a part of his Local Union, at University of Minho in Portugal, for 4 years, presiding it in the last one, managing over a dozen employees and a 5 milion euro budget. He later moved on to reestablish the Portuguese international student representation, while maintaing a positon as advisor to the Portuguese National Youth Council.

Duarte Lopes has long track record of High Level meetings with Goverment representatives and institutions, while also taking organizational responsability for large scale events.

On the internationalization policy side, his prefered fields are the European Higher Education Area and Social Dimension.
