ESU represents and advocates the educational, social, economical and cultural interests of students at the European level: European Union, Council of Europe, UNESCO and the Bologna Follow Up Group.
For 2016, ESU is receiving financial support from the European Commission through Erasmus+ Programme: KA3, Support for Policy Reform- Civil society cooperation in the field of education and training.
ESU is also known as “ESIB – The National Unions of Students in Europe”. ESU’s name and image is legally being used by ESIB asbl, BE-0890.019.936, Rue de l’Industrie 10, 1000 Brussels (Belgium).
