The Administration Committee consists of two members as follows: Antigoni Ioannidou Joram Op Den Kelder This committee is responsible for finances, public relations and internal working conditions. Initially, its work will be to develop the plans for more finances by setting up the ISIC card and developing a training portfolio. Also, it will develop our work on newsletters, the website and publications. Finally, it will be a reference point for elected representatives, making them feel comfortable in the organisation and making sure they are able to use the facilities that are offered. The administration committee will work parallel with the secretariat and the vice-chair in its affairs.
Typical areas of work of the administration committee:
• Developing and implementing a financial strategy for ESU.
• Developing relations with ISIC
• Developing and implementing a sponsorship portfolio
• Developing the public relations, in terms of press strategy and public relations materials.
• Organise proper support for volunteers in terms of any practical needs they may have.
• Developing a strategy for motivation of volunteers, in order to decrease the number of people resigning from ESU elected bodies.
