The European Students’ Union (ESU) is happy to invite all student-participants of the 14th European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) to a pre-forum meeting dedicated to students and student experts in QA.

In Europe, students’ participation in Quality Assurance (QA) processes has improved, especially in regard to institutional and program reviews. The involvement of the students as equal stakeholders in QA processes varies from country to country, however, the challenges that we face still remain similar. HEI’s stakeholders need to work upon building the quality culture that will constantly improve and revise its efforts. One of the key goals is understanding of QA among a broader student population and recognizing this role by the other Academia stakeholders.

The EQAF 2019 brings a good opportunity for organizing a students’ meeting and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience. This year’s edition will allow participants to learn about international approaches to QA. We will discuss what skills and qualifications that students need for vital involvement in internal and external QA processes. Referring to the topic of this year’s forum there will be a chance to talk about the 3rd mission of universities in the context of quality.

We are inviting all student-participants of the forum to a pre-forum meeting on the 21st of November starting at noon.
