The 2021 European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) took take place online on 18-19th November 2021. EQAF – organized by EUA, ENQA, EURASHE and ESU – was themed “Building trust and enhancement: from information to evidence” and was dedicated to data collection, analysis and use for Quality Assurance purposes. The ESU QA Pool’s Steering Committee presented a discussion starter on the topic of “The use of indicators in external quality assurance – Social Dimension in higher education”.
